Pole Beginnings

As the name suggests: this is where your pole journey begins… In the class each lesson we train the basics needed to pole dance: turns, grips, mounts and basic sequences. Always wanted to give poledance a try? Swing by and practice in a queer friendly and safe space. Check the highlights of our instagram to get an idea of the classes.

In the class the teacher will take you through a full body warm up and go through the choreo step by step. Always feel free to ask questions, everyBODY is welcome to enjoy this choreo practice.
